Just got the new Mazda 3 MPS delivered. A lot smoother, quieter (but still with a little exhaust note) and more refined than I expected. Quite quick but based on the whole package this was not the be all and end all of this machine from a conceptual perspective. A (slightly) more mature "hot hatch" would be a very apt description. Extremely happy owner.
